Since 1997, our team at Three Rivers Therapy Services has been dedicated to relieving your pain and discovering the cause of your symptoms. Our vision has always been to provide the best outcomes for our patients. We have an experienced team that is dedicated to providing proven, time-tested techniques and hands-on therapy to reach each individual's goal for regaining optimal strength, flexibility and range of motion.
Three Rivers Therapy offers home health therapies and out patient therapies. We can treat you initially in your home after an illness or surgery then continue the same great care in our Coshocton out patient clinic.
At Three Rivers Therapy, we believe that the key to optimum outcomes is focused, one-on-one personalized care. We offer traditional hands-on therapy as well as a broad array of treatments using proven techniques such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, traction and more. We are the only therapy center in the area to offer a clinic- based athletic trainer for our area athletes. Our physical therapist's focused on helping you feel and function at your very best, regardless of your age or physical condition.
Three Rivers Therapy will listen to your concerns and design your individualized course of action. We make it as easy as we can to get the care you need. At our physical therapy clinic, we offer convenient appointment times to fit your busy schedule and you are seen promptly at each visit.
ARE YOU AN ATHLETE?
Three Rivers Therapy Services also provides complimentary Athletic Training Services to our area athletes of River View, Coshocton, Ridgewood and Newcomerstown Schools. We have the ONLY clinic-based athletic trainer in the Coshocton County area. An Athletic Training injury evaluation and up to 5 total treatments are free of charge, as a courtesy, to our local athletes!
At Three Rivers Therapy, our physical therapists are highly educated, licensed health care professionals who will help you improve or restore mobility, and in many cases helping you reduce pain, and avoid the need for surgery and the long-term use of prescription medications and their side effects.

Specifically, we specialize in orthopedics and sports medicine, offering: pre/post-operative rehabilitation and sports related injury management. Our core is sports rehabilitation and no one in Coshocton does it better. As licensed physical therapists we are experts in musculoskeletal type injuries, illnesses and surgery rehab.

Dave has been a Physical Therapist for over 27 years and will see you for PT visits in your home or our Out Patient Clinic. Dave is married to his wife, Lisa and enjoys participating in theater and outdoor activities.
You will see Jennifer in our outpatient clinic for any post surgery or standard therapy referral.
Stacey graduated from the Physical Therapy Assistant program at COTC in 1995 with an Associate of Applied Science degree. She was born and raised in Warsaw (attending River View) where she currently resides with her husband Craig and her children, Caleb and Caily. Stacey enjoys exercising/teaching classes, kayaking, picnics and time with great friends!
Michelle is our Physical Therapist Assistant and our clinic-based Athletic Trainer. She is a native of Alexandria, Ohio and attended Northridge High School. She attained her bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Akron for Athletic Training. In 2007, she earned her Associate of Applied Science degree for Physical Therapy Assistant licensure from Zane state College. She resides in West Lafayette with her husband Bob and children, Tyler, Charlotte and Grey. She enjoys sports, gardening, cooking and making crafts with her children.
Tanya graduated from COTC in 1989 with an Associate degree in Accounting. She was born and raised in Coshocton County and lives in the City of Coshocton with her husband Randy and children Conner and Ashley. Tanya serves on the Coshocton City Schools Foundation, participates yearly in the United Way Clean-Up, and is a member of the First Baptist Church of Coshocton. Tanya enjoys scrapbooking and participating in her church choir.
Brooke is a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant and will treat you at your home as part of our home health staff. She has over 10 years experience helping patients in the Coshocton area. Brooke is a 2004 River View graduate and continued her education at Zane State College. she is married to Bruce Potts and has 2 children Cruz and Allie.
Suzi is married to Doug and is the mother of Taylor and nana to her granddaughter. She attends New Point Church and has been born and raised in Coshocton.
Jason is a graduate from West Virginia University with a Masters degree and is an evening Occupational Therapist for our home health patients. He has 13+ years experience as an OT and is a regular volunteer at the Hope Clinic in Coshocton. Jason lives in Coshocton with his wife, Courtney, and his two children Clayton and Cadence. In his spare time he enjoys attending church services at the Coshocton Church of Christ, sporting activities, hunting and he is an avid baseball collector.
